As proud long-term club sponsors of both Glasgow Warriors and Partick Thistle, McCrea Financial Services are notorious with fans for sponsoring the Glasgow Warriors Warrior of the Month and Partick Thistle Player of the Month awards.

For the first time, at the start of the season we were excited to introduce an extra incentive for winning the monthly awards; a donation to a charity, with the charity being picked by the monthly winner. 

It was brilliant to have the opportunity to donate to a total of 12 different charities across the season; charities ranged from those that support people with Motor Neuron Disease, to ones that assist the blind and partially sighted with trained guide dogs, and to those that help individuals, families, children & young people affected by murder, suicide, suicidal behaviours.

As you may have seen, our new charity partners this year - Revive MS Support and Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity - were chosen from the list of charities picked from the winners across the season. 

Partick Thistle's Young Player of the Season Ben Stanway introduced McCrea to Revive MS Support, while Glasgow Warriors November Warrior of the Month Stafford McDowall - along with a few other Warrior of the Month winners - introduced us to Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.
