We are delighted to reveal that our 12th Annual Charity Race Night raised £8,939 meaning that you have helped us to smash our target of £40,000 raised in the fundraising year for the Emma Cameron Foundation and Glasgow Care Foundation! 

Our 12th Annual Charity Race Night, which was held on Friday 9th February at Hillhead Sports Club, was our final fundraising event for the Emma Cameron Foundation and Glasgow Care Foundation, as we plan to kick off our next year of fundraising for our two new charity partners in April.

We’d like to give a massive thanks to everyone who came along to support the fundraising on the evening, especially those who donated prizes for the auction and raffle, bid for prizes in the auction, and bought horses in the hugely anticipated auction race.

A special shout out to our Race Sponsors; Dave McRae of Just Employment Law, Graeme MacDonald of MacDonald & Co Solicitors, Richard Mayne of The Radisson Blu Edinburgh Royal Mile, Colin Murdoch of Murray Stewart Fraser, Kenny McAllister of McAllisters Chartered Accountants and Fraser Ferguson of KubeNet. 

This year the eight horses in the Auction Race raised a massive £3,750, the largest amount to date by a considerable amount! The winners received £1,875 as their lucky number 6 horse came out victorious in a tightly contested race. 

A huge thanks too to the Hillhead Sports Club staff for their excellent service on the night, as well as Café Source Too for putting on the delicious buffet curry which was extremely well received as always!
