The team at McCrea are delighted to be taking part in the Cycle for Smart Works 2024 challenge for International Women’s Day this year!

The McCrea Team, which consists of Emily, Gillian T, Nim, Jonathan, Ryan and Andrew, will each be cycling 100, 150 or 250 miles over a two-week period from 23rd February to the 8th March in order to help raise funds and awareness for Smart Works.

Smart Works is a UK wide charity that exists to give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.

The charity supports unemployed women with the clothes, coaching and confidence to secure employment and change their lives. Their service is run by an amazing team of staff and highly skilled dressing and coaching volunteers who are passionate about empowering women, and ensuring their clients have the best possible experience.

International Women’s Day is a key date for them, with the Cycle for Smart Works challenge starting on Friday 23rd February, and finishing on International Women's Day on Friday 8th March.
